Chris Schedel is from Illinois and grew up in Ohio. He received his BFA from Bowling Green and his MFA from Columbia College in Chicago. He now is a prof there. He has a series called
Coming home never felt so good he is shooting suburbia is the Midwest. This series is interesting because he is capturing this grand thing that is quickly taking over the Midwest, ruining the homes of the animals.
"These
photographs examine Midwestern suburban housing subdivisions. They
depict finished and lived in homes and neighborhoods, homes and
neighborhoods in the process of being built, model homes and
neighborhoods used for sales purposes, as well as the environment in and
around them"
