Dave Kitsche started with photography later in life. He hasn't been shooting long, but has become well known quickly and had his first solo show 18 months after he started shooting in his basement. He tries to show what is going on in his life through his photos. He uses inanimate objects to show human emotion. Inanimate even cartoonish characters on a white, grey, or black background.
I choose this piece Drained because of it's simplicity, and I can tell from the photo what the emotion is meant to be. I found this artist while looking for conceptual photography ideas.
